A top-of-the-table Serie A clash headlines this weekend’s European action, with one of the U.S. men’s national team star players eager to lead his team to victory.
Weston McKennie and Juventus make the trip to first-place Inter Milan on Sunday evening. McKennie has enjoyed a stellar season to date for the Old Lady, totaling three assists in his last four league appearances. The USMNT midfielder has become a regular in Massimiliano Allegri’s squad this season and will once again be set to help Juventus to a statement win.
Tim Weah, who missed training this week due to illness, is doubtful to feature for the Old Lady. A victory for Juventus would leapfrog them over Inter Milan and into first place.
