The top-two of the Scottish Premiership face off at Pittodrie on Wednesday with three points at a premium for both clubs.
Auston Trusty and Celtic face off with Aberdeen in the third head-to-head meeting of the new season. The two sides played out a 2-2 draw at Celtic Park in league play back in mid-October before Brendan Rodgers’ men rolled to a 6-0 League Cup Final victory at Hampden Park two weeks later.
Trusty, who joined the club from Sheffield United last summer, has fit in nicely to the Celtic backline. The veteran defender has linked up with Cameron Carter-Vickers on several occasions this fall, featuring in the UEFA Champions League, as well as Premiership action.
Trusty could get the nod once again this week after being rested last weekend against Ross County.
