It's getting down to crunch time across Europe, with a number of teams approaching must-win territory to keep their title or UEFA Champions League hopes afloat for another week.
Manchester City falls into that category, with the club entering its crucial match with Sunderland three points behind rival Manchester United while star forward Sergio Aguero is sidelined with a mystery foot injury.
In Spain, Barcelona has their eye on catching Real Madrid, especially with Cristiano Ronaldo & Co. dropping points in two of their last three matches. The Catalan giants would be foolish to overlook Athletic Bilbao though, as the two clash in what could be the most entertaining match of the weekend. Barcelona needed a stoppage-time equalizer from Lionel Messi to salvage a point when the two met back in November.
In MLS, all eyes will be on PPL Park Saturday afternoon, when Sebastien Le Toux makes his return to Philadelphia for the first time since being traded by the Union as the unbeaten Vancouver Whitecaps meet his winless former team.
Finally, the United States may no longer be involved, but CONCACAF will still crown its Olympic qualifiers Saturday night, as Mexico and Canada battle for one berth in London and El Salvador and Honduras clash for another at Livestrong Sporting Park.

Is FoxSoccer2go worth it? I was about to try it out but I watched the test video and it doesn’t look like HD.
Which attendence did they set
I hate when games I want to watch are on Fridays. I always miss them.
How about a Montreal Impact nationally televised game? Yes, they are Canadian, but they are in our league and set the attendance record.
Thank you!
that’s not television, that’s fox soccer’s internet subscription channel
The above schedule is incorrect.
6pm – El Salvador vs Honduras – mun2
9pm – Mexico vs Canada – NBC Sports Network, Telemundo
Seeing Honduras v. El Salvador on NBC Sports makes me upset. Knowing they purposefully picked up that game to air figuring the US would be playing still. Oh well.
Go Canada! Go Honduras!
Seeing that Caley Thistle v. Hibs has made it onto American television really says something about soccer in America.
