This is great on so many levels. MLS-Liga MX grudge matches in Concachampions will elevate the competition and elevate both leagues. It will bring more fans to the game, it will bring more young people into soccer, and give the best players eventually a reason to stay at home. Imagine this competition in 10 years. Imagine how it will help out both National teams in the long run. The Mexico-US rivalry is the secret sauce that will fuel the rise of North American soccer.
They should play this game all of the time. Maybe every cinco de mayo in San Diego or something. I bet it would sell out whatever they are calling their football stadium nowadays.
Actual game in TJ not turning out so well…
All LA had to do was not come out completely flat and they would have advanced.

I’m pretty sure this is exactly what Chivas USA expected to be.
SO MUCH PRESS FOR IT! and they are showing this on a channel no one gets… why does any soccer league allow fox to carry it? what an absolute disgrace
gringo xolo. brilliant.
There are a lot of us in SD. Go Xolos!

galaxy really dropped the ball allowing so many Xolos to buy tickets, f* them
MLS and the SoCal teams have got to step up. There shouldn’t even be a question about this.
What about Chivas USA?
being reformated for San Diego or Fresno or San Antonio
No. Being rebranded and staying in LA.
great great . should enter this into a film festival. would love to see more of this.
how big of a club is Tijuana? or is it just big because of the Mexican-American image?
Very interesting, being from Socal, I see more Xolo fans in SD, Inland Empire and OC, not sure about L.A.
