Soccer Friday: Your Running Commentary

Mats Hummels Borussia Dortmund 34

There might only be a few soccer games played across the globe today, but that does not make them any less interesting.

Four matches from four different leagues will be aired in the U.S. on Friday, as the weekend festivities officially get under way. Headlining the action is a German Bundesliga tilt between Borussia Dortmund and Hamburg. Borussia Dortmund heads into the road fixture on a good run of form after winning their last seven games across all competitions, and will want to pick up maximum points in order to keep pace with league leaders Bayern Munich.

There will also be games in England, Scotland and Mexico, as Middlesbrough and Queens Park Rangers square off in a Championship affair, St. Mirren tangos with Greenock Morton, and, finally, Queretaro battles Puebla in the night cap.

If you will be watching today’s action, please feel free to share your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below.
