A clash of rivals headlines CONMEBOL action as World Cup qualifying is set to continue in South America on Thursday.

Winless through two qualifying games, Argentina looks to return to form on Thursday in a clash with rivals Brazil in Buenos Aires. Facing a Brazil side with one win to this point, Argentina will look to secure victory while majorly shorthanded, due to the absences of star forwards Lionel Messi, Sergio Aguero and Carlos Tevez.

In other CONMEBOL action, reigning Copa America winner Chile, which has secured victories in both qualifiers, is set to do battle with fellow powerhouse Colombia. The latter enters riding an embarrassing 3-0 defeat to Uruguay, which will take on Ecuador on Thursday afternoon.

Elsewhere, UEFA qualifiers feature a sole clash that pits Norway against Hungary, while a pair of NCAA clashes can be seen on Thursday night.
