Barcelona is coming off a big win over Real Madrid, but in order for the club to maintain its first place position, it will have to defeat Xerez in one of many matches being played on Wednesday.
Some games are already underway, including Tim Howard and Everton's Europa League match vs. AEK Athens, but there is plenty of action to be seen throughout the day.
If you will be watching today's matches (on TV or an internet feed), please feel free to share your thoughts, opinions and some play-by-play in the comments section below.

That was a 5-1 deficit. They have halved the deficit in the first half, and are now up a man. Nense!!
Don’t mess with O’Messi
That looks like one pissed off Leprechaun attacking Henry in the photo.
Do you have cable/dish? I didn’t realize anyone didn’t get ESPN2.
nice goal from Tevez. terrible defending from Arsenal. 1-0 City
commentary on the AEK Everton match here:

I imagine ESPN doesn’t have the rights to show the game in the US, whereas in Europe they do…and they just use whatever staff commentator they want.
the pitch was a wet, sloppy mess for the Everton match. Everton was on the defensive most of the time I saw and looked like they were just trying to clear the ball and hope that Jo/Yak ran onto it for a counter.
Carlos Vela is looking good for Arsenal…or at least he’s looking very dangerous. Having to deal with him in future qualifiers etc is only going to make our US defenders stronger.
espn360 or internet feeds keeps us in the fold when the standard channels can not
Man City playing a full strength side, while Arsenal are playing the kids. For the record, I strongly dislike Adebayor now.
Looks like G Rossi knocked one in for Vill.
So, I’m watching a feed on atdhe.net for the Everton match. It’s an ESPN feed, but the game isn’t even available on ESPN360. What gives with that? Is this just available on ESPN in Europe and why would that be? And, why would they have an American color commentator?
AJAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you can always go to http://www.atdhe.net for games they find the best link online and stream it.
