U.S. national team defender Oguchi Onyewu joined the U.S. team for training recently, marking his first time taking part in soccer activities since suffering a ruptured patellar tendon back in October.
Onyewu spoke with USSoccer.com about his return and his recovery. Here is the video:

Onyewu is expected to rejoin Italian club AC Milan by the end of the month.
