Two more games remain in the U.S. Open Cup Third Round, and by the end of the night the eight-team quarterfinal field will be set.
D.C. United hosts USL-2 side Richmond Kickers, with the visitors looking to boost the third division's record to a perfect 3-0 in this round of the tournament. That game can be viewed here (7:30 p.m.).
The higher profile of the two matches features the Seattle Sounders making the trip to Portland to face off against the Timbers. Seattle will look to put the clamps on high-scoring Ryan Pore and take that first step towards a second straight U.S. Open Cup trophy.
