The Houston Dynamo have already shown they can dominate at BBVA Compass Stadium, but success outside Houston has been much tougher to come by.

Calen Carr's goal just before halftime helped Houston take control, and as TFC chased for an equalizer, Brian Ching was able to knock home the insurance goal in the 86th minute.

The Dynamo managed to put up multiple goals for the fourth straight match despite missing leading scorer Will Bruin, who was sidelined with a calf injury. The victory moved the Dynamo to within a point of first-place New York, which takes on Montreal tonight.
