The Premier League season comes to a close this weekend with a full slate of Sunday morning games to headline This Weekend’s Soccer on TV.
Manchester City highlight Sunday’s action as the Premier League leaders host West Ham needing only one point needed to secure the club’s second title in three seasons. Sitting just behind them are Luis Suarez and Liverpool, who will take on Newcastle with one eye on the matchup in Manchester.
In Spain, Atletico Madrid could potentially clinch their first La Liga title since 1995-96 Sunday afternoon when they take on Malaga. Second-place Barcelona will need to at least match Atletico’s result in their contest with Elche in order to set up a winner-take-all match with Atletico for the season’s final week.
In this weekend’s other action, Serie A winners Juventus take on AS Roma, Paris Saint-Germain face Lille, and Club Léon tries to make it to their second consecutive Liga MX title when they meet Toluca on Sunday evening.
