The English Premier League season is still a week away, but the first real taste of the new European club season takes place this morning, with Arsenal taking on Manchester City in the Community Shield.

In Brazil, Sao Paulo-based rivals Santos faces Corinthians in a battle of South American powerhouses. Brazilian star Robinho could make his debut in this clash after joining Santos from AC Milan.

In MLS action, the Houston Dynamo travel to Seattle to take on the Sounders, while the New York Red Bulls head to Toyota Park to take on the Chicago Fire.
