Soccer Wednesday: Your Running Commentary

After seeing Atletico Madrid book a spot in the Champions League final on Tuesday, Real Madrid and Manchester City are set to compete on Wednesday for the chance to meet them.

The two sides played to a scoreless draw last time out, but Wednesday provides a second leg clash at the Bernebeu. With the opening leg result, a goal-scoring draw would be enough to send Man City through to the club’s first Champions League final.

Both sides will see the returns of superstars, as Cristiano Ronaldo and Yaya Toure return to lead their respective lineups into Wednesday’s action.

Elsewhere, Wednesday evening features plenty of Copa Libertadores action, while the NASL boasts a midweek clash between the Jacksonville Armada and FC Edmonton.
