I’m curious to know if you would think this question is a dig. There was also talk about using a 4-2-3-1. And Ives pointed out it is currently his preferred lineup.
Why wasn’t this line up experimented with during the lead up. vs Czech, Turkey or Australia?
It is clear that Holden is one of the best 11 right now (better than Findley or Buddle). And Coyle has pegged Holden into that role as far back as February.
And if Holden was hurt why did he get any mins at all v England or even make the squad.
this was the best, some people cant get it through their heads…

am I ignoring other potential strikers for the National Team like Lee Nguyen, Mike Grella, Marcus Tracy or Jemal Johnson?
1:36 Seriously? Nguyen is floundering in the Vietnamese league, Grella can’t get minutes for an English second division team, Tracy is battling knee problems that could threaten his career and Johnson just got passed on by MLS teams recently.
The question about Nguyen, Grella, Tracy and Johnson just shows that even though there have been some real questions with Bob, the haters will always keep digging for criticisms regardless of legitimacy.

Ives,
Better to lose as Athens or win as Troy?
Ives, so who is the next Wales manager (the sooner Toshack goes the better)
