Four all-East match-ups headline the schedule as teams jockey for playoff position, and scrap for survival. In New England, the Revolution begin life without Shalrie Joseph as they take on a Sporting Kansas City side that will try to avoid the distraction of playing a U.S. Open Cup Final in four days.
In Montreal, the Impact will look to continue their recent impressive home form aainst a Philadelphia Union team that has flourished under interim head coach John Hackworth.

Impressive without Di Vaio in the lineup.
no width/pace in the midfield…they are too stubborn to add any players
Chris Pontius delivers another decisive goal for DC United. Klinsmann should be calling him in at some point.
Colorado deserve to win this game, but something doesn’t seem quite right with RSL. Can’t put my finger on it.
I’d like to see Rivas try that against a more physical team.
He’s a pretty big guy, but I could see an Eric Hassli laying him out.

That call blew the match. I see no reason for JMac’s. Should be overturned.
RC to Jack Mac was uncalled for and disgraceful. Sticking up for your teammates shouldn’t be punished, and a push is nowhere near as offensive as a headbutt to the face.
Didn’t see how Philly played up to that point, but they deserved the man advantage after that altercation.
MLS officiating up to par tonight in Montreal.
Crew playing pretty scrappy, not dirty, but a lot of fouls.
Speaking as a neutral observer, Dc United games this year tend to be entertaining. Not necessarily pretty or well played, but entertaining…
Andrew Wenger becomes a star tonight.
