Coming off back-to-back losses in Old Trafford, a beleaguered Manchester United need to figure out how to again win at home against a Shakhtar Donetsk side eager to advance.
Man United have already secured their spot in Champion’s League knockout stages, but now winning today against Shakhtar is a matter of staving off crisis for manager David Moyes before heading into the knockout round.
For Shakhtar Donetsk, a victory would tie them with Man United for top of Group A to send them to the next stage and potentially make things harder for United in their last-16 draw.
Against Real Soceidad in Spain, third-place Bayer Leverkusen will be hoping Man United get their mojo back as a win for Bayer Leverkusen coupled with a Shakhtar loss will push Bayer through.
Meanwhile in Group B, Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to return from a thigh injury today against FC Copenhagen as Real Madrid look to finish the group stage undefeated. In Group D, Bayern Munich host Manchester City as the Germans look to secure the top spot in the group, while in Group C, Benfica hopes to jump ahead of Olympiakos for the final knockout-round spot when they host Paris Saint-Germain.

once again Manchester United taking up a spot on FS1 while Bayern/City is on FSC+. i can’t stand the obsession with Manchester United.
Agreed!!!
So lame that the best game of the day is on a channel most don’t get.. Even normal bars that have sports packages don’t get Fox Sports +
yeah, it’s insane. it’s like $13/month just for that stupid channel. it’s like they learned NOTHING. and don’t even get me started on not being able to sign into FoxSoccer2Go with your cable account. even beIN Sport offers this now (http://www.beinsportplay.tv/)!!!!
you know what, i’m sending an angry email.
+1
Gala at home vs a big opponent is probably worth it just because they have hands down the most intimidating atmosphere in Europe. Plus that Drogba guy probably still isn’t too shabby.
CITY!
Munich v Manchester City will be an epic clash of stars. I’m very interested to see if City can upset.
Don’t think anything of games..Big boys play tomorrow! VISCA BARÇA…
