From the World Cup draw pots being decided, to MLS commissioner Don Garber issuing a very interesting State of the League address, there was plenty to discuss in the latest episode of The SBI Show.
Episode 97 of The SBI Show looks back at the drawing of World Cup pots, and what it means for the U.S. Men’s National Team. We talk about groups of death, and why USA fans shouldn’t be so worried.
Co-host Garrett Cleverly and I also dig into Don Garber’s comments in his latest State of the League address. Including his comments on expansion, and the potential changing of the MLS calendar.
Give Episode 97 a listen after the jump:

When are we getting the next podcast?
Quality show, fellas. I love the hour long ones…
Does anyone know when and where the draw is on. What time is the actual draw being done at? ESPN is broadcasting at 11:30-1:30 but it is on at 4pm (11am ) in the UK. I originally thought the draw was scheduled for 11am. Is the ESPN show a post draw analysis?
The draw takes almost two hours. The ESPN show is just cutting off some of the FIFA pageantry at the beginning, but they have the full feed on ESPN3.
That’s it Demps, a left right in that Mexican mush.
TMZ uh lets say… not classy. It’s like a the broadcast equivalent of a National Enquirer.
Last call for bars in Missouri is @ 1:30 am
So relieved to hear the sound spikes are pretty much gone. GC seems to have settled down as well. Podcast much improved. Great work guys.
