Soccer Sunday: Your Running Commentary

The German Men’s National Team spent the better part of the summer celebrating their World Cup victory, but now it’s time for the world champions to focus on working toward their next potential trophy.

Germany kicks off Euro 2016 qualifying today against Scotland as Euro qualifiers kick off across the Atlantic. Among the more intriguing match-ups are Serbia’s clash with France and Greece’s meeting with Romania.

In the Copa Centroamericano, Costa Rica faces Panama in a clash of Central American powers.

In MLS, Jermaine Jones and the New England Revolution take on the Chicago Fire in a key Eastern Conference matchup that also happens to be a battle between the two teams that tried to sign Jones.

  1. Honduras vs. El Salvador was pretty fun. The crowd was well pumped up. The central american fans there were apparently confused by my groups tendency to support whoever had the ball at any given moment.

    Also Salvadorians seem to have something agianst Belize. No idea why.
