It looks like Julian Green is leaving Bayern Munich — at least for the season. Reports over the weekend tie Green to a season-long loan to Hamburg, although the reports haven’t been confirmed. Green recently moved up to Bayern’s first team, but the move could give him more minutes on the pitch.
Meanwhile, it appeared a loss Saturday to the New England Revolution was Toronto FC’s final straw. Coach Ryan Nelsen has been sacked, with assistant coach Greg Vanney taking over immediately. This will be Vanney’s first head coaching job.
And the National Women’s Soccer League season came to a surprising close with FC Kansas City named champions. The top-ranked Seattle Reign that had lost just two games in 24 this year fell at home, 2-0.

They hired a guy with zero coaching experience.
TFC is going to unravel. With Liewicke and Nelson gone,…all they have is ’empty suit boy’ at the helm. They should just let DeFoe go back to the EPL and the warm embrace of ‘Arry and bank the money.
Tfc should hire cosmos coach and MLS needs to help teams so bad with the salary cap , imagine Walter White from breaking bad being made to make good quality with a budget. No good 🙂
