I just don’t think Gregg was talking about Mighten given he’d hardly played the last 4 months. There were reports that Gregg had been in contact in the past I just don’t think it likely he was talking about him for this camp.
I was more excited to see that he was going to extend an invite to a young dual national that has not been in the set up before. Balogun? Mighten? Pierie? Tillman? Tillman?
Still am iffy on Wright. Dude is an absolutely epic physical specimen and there’s no doubt his movement has improved – I was watching some film and he’s definitely making good runs in behind now – but he still has those Gyasi Zardes wooden paddles for feet and that may limit him.
My take was he’s an upgrade on Zardes, though. Same kind of player but bigger, stronger, and better with the ball at his feet. If not for that heavy touch I’d be a lot more excited about him.
Mighten started and went ‘90 today. Current stats vs. WC viability are different. This window is the last Tryout window.

Pierie has played 8 mins this season and missed last 5 games after returning in March.
Mighten injured his knee around Christmas and has played a total of 32 minutes in ‘22.
GK72 – From what I have heard from others, not like I have any contacts or insight, it is probably Malik Tillman.
In an interview with Washington Post 3G said CCV and Haji will be invited.
