While MLS is ready to take center stage in the American soccer landscape once again this weekend, the biggest story of the week has been Stuart Holden’s imminent re turn to the U.S. Men’s National Team.
Episode 30 of The SBI Show discusses Holden’s USMNT return in detail, as co-host Garrett Cleverly and I break down the impact of Holden’s busy summer, and why people shouldn’t compare his situation with that of Landon Donovan.
We also take a look at some more Americans Abroad, including Steve Cherundolo, who is set to become the all-time leader in appearances for Hannover 96.
As always, we talk MLS as well, with a closer look at all of the action in Week 10.

What did you think of Episode 30? Agree with our take on Holden? How about our MLS picks? Still enjoying the show despite our guest drought, or do you think it’s time we brought some guests on?

Smh at Cleverly for not knowing who Bill Lambieer is… He anchored their 2 title teams pre-Jordan.. I’m his age and that’s simply common knowledge.
Bill Laimbeer. Get it right or an elbow to the face.
