CONCACAF announces rosters for Copa America Centenario play-in round

With the Copa America Centenario right around the corner, CONCACAF released the rosters on Monday for the four sides still vying for the competition’s final two positions.

Cuba, Haiti, Panama, and Trinidad & Tobago will compete on Friday, Jan. 8 in two Copa America Centenario Play-in matches. Both matches will take place at Estadio Rommel Fernandez in Panama City, Panama.

Overall, the final competition will include 16 teams, six of whom will represent CONCACAF. The United States, Mexico, Jamaica, and Costa Rica are currently all locked in, and will join 10 CONMEBOL nations which represent South America.

Friday’s matches will begin at 5:30 p.m. ET when Trinidad & Tobago and Haiti face off. That pairing will be followed by Cuba vs. Panama at 8:30 p.m. ET.
