Austrian side LASK will aim to reach the UEFA Europa League group stage but first will need to get past Zrinjski Mostar in the final round of qualifying.
American fullback George Bello comes into his European debut off the back of his first 90-minute performance for the Bundesliga club. Bello played 90 minutes in LASK’s 1-1 league draw with WSG Tirol on Saturday, giving the 21-year-old a strong taste of what to expect this season. The former Atlanta United homegrown made the move to Austria this summer from German 2. Bundesliga side Arminia Bielefeld and passed up interest in MLS to move to LASK.
Bosnian-Herzegovinian side Zrinjski Mostar eliminated Icelandic club Breidablik in the previous round of qualifying.
Elsewhere in Europe, Malik Tillman and PSV face off with his former club Rangers in UCL qualifying. Mark McKenzie and Genk enter Conference League qualifying against Turkish club Adana Demirspor.
In South America, Johnny Cardoso and Internacional continue Copa Libertadores play.
