The trophies continues to roll in for Liga MX side Club America.

Alex Zendejas and his Club America teammates lifted the Apertura title on Sunday following a 1-1 second leg draw with Monterrey. Club America won the two-legged series 3-2 on aggregate, capturing their 16th league title of all-time.

Richard Sanchez’s 24th minute goal gave the visitors a first-half lead, one that they would hold until the final stages of the match.

  1. Amazing player!! His play is a big reason the Club América are campeones!! You can’t watch Zendejas play in Liga MX & then make excuses as to why he can’t or shouldn’t contribute for the USMNT. Zendejas is dope asf.
