The race for the Bundesliga’s top-six is heating up with Joe Scally and Borussia Moenchengladbach right in the thick of things.
Scally and Gladbach face a top-six clash against Freiburg on Saturday at Borussia Park. The U.S. men’s national team defender has remained a regular in Gerardo Seoane’s squad following the international break. After a poor international window, Scally has logged 161 minutes in matches against RB Leipzig and St. Pauli.
The 22-year-old has made 26 league appearances this season, featuring on both sides of Seoane’s backline. With European Football in touching distance, Scally will aim to end the season on a high note before what should be a busy summer with the USMNT.
In England, Tyler Adams and Antonee Robinson face off in English Premier League action. Aidan Morris and Middlesbrough visit Millwall in a crucial league match for both clubs. Brenden Aaronson and Leeds United continue their quest for automatic promotion.

Starting
Sounds like the “investigation” is related to online poker. Nothing to do with soccer or betting on matches. Big headline but at this point not much substance.
Don’t write off Miljevic yet. Many of you wrote off Jedi Robinson when he first he started with the USMNT, but look at where he’s now.
This guy was on fire this past week. Had a brace last weekend in the Argentine League, and a hat-trick of assists mid-week in the Copa Sudamericana.
He’s been starting every week except his 1st week there; started in all the big games so he’s highly rated by the team.
We need this gritty type of player to light the fire among others on the USMNT. Hope he makes the Gold Cup squad.
AC Milan is running up the score on Udinese this Friday afternoon: 4-0. Milan has an unused sub as time is running out. Maybe would have been a nice gesture to put in Musah as a token sub after taking him out at 23 minutes the last game.
Yes, I know these guys are professionals, but any professional athlete still has an ego. And a good manager knows how to support the player and the team.
