The 2025-26 FA Cup third round will officially kick off in one month’s time and several American players learned their opponents for the next phase of the competition.
Chris Richards, Antonee Robinson, Tyler Adams are just three players in the current USMNT pool that will be seeking to feature in the latest edition of the historic competition this January Haji Wright, Josh Sargent, Brenden Aaronson, and Haji Wright will also aim to feature during the third round schedule.
There are several potential upsets on the cards with Crystal Palace visiting Macclesfield, Exeter City taking on Manchester City, Charlton Athletic hosting Chelsea, and Arsenal traveling to Portsmouth.

Antonee Robinson and Fulham will welcome Aidan Morris and Middlesbrough to Craven Cottage. It will mark the first head-to-head meeting between the two clubs since April 2022.
Josh Sargent and Norwich City face off with Walsall at Carrow Road. The two clubs last met in 2016 in friendly action.
Tyler Adams and Bournemouth visit Newcastle United in an All-EPL tie at St. James Park.
Brenden Aaronson and Leeds United face Patrick Agyemang and Derby County at Pride Park. The Lilywhites swept the season series against the Rams in the EFL Championship last campaign.
Chris Richards and reigning FA Cup holders Crystal Palace visit Macclesfield seeking to avoid an upset against the National League side.
Haji Wright and Coventry City visit Stoke City in a battle of two of the Championship’s top teams this season.
George Campbell, Daryl Dike and West Bromwich Albion visit Swansea City in an All-Championship showdown at the Liberty Stadium.
Damion Downs and Southampton seek to avoid an upset at Doncaster Rovers. It will mark the first head-to-head matchup between the clubs since 2012.
Jonathan Tomkinson and Cheltenham Town will aim to pull a major shock at home against second-tier visitors Leicester City.
Caleb Wiley and Watford take on Bristol City at Ashton Gate; another All-Championship tie.
Dom Dwyer and Mansfield Town take on Sheffield United as the League Two visitors aim to upset the Championship hosts.
