Weston McKennie scores fourth goal of 2026, sixth goal of season

Weston McKennie’s fast start to 2026 continued Sunday in Parma.

McKennie scored his fourth goal of the new year and sixth goal overall this season in Juventus’ 4-1 Serie A victory on Sunday. The American midfielder helped the Bianconeri jump back into the top-four of the league table and move 10 points back of league-leading Inter Milan.

Bremer delivered Juventus’ opening goal of the match after 15 minutes before McKennie doubled the visitors lead with an acrobatic finish. Pierre Kalulu’s cross from the right wing fell to McKennie who delivered a scissor kick volley into the back of the net.

Parma pulled one goal back in the second half thanks to Andrea Cambiaso’s own goal but Juventus would eventually put the match out of reach.

Bremer added his second goal of the match to make it 3-1 Juventus before Jonathan David added an insurance goal after the hour mark, capping the final score at 4-1.

McKennie played 74 minutes in the heart of midfield, making it 23-consecutive starts for the U.S. men’s national team veteran.

Juventus next travels to Atalanta on Thursday for a Coppa Italia quarterfinal showdown.

  1. Watching McKennie has been so fun this season. If you haven’t been tuned in I would recommend going back and watching every game. I’m not even joking. Just watch him.

  2. The kid is having the season of his life!!!!! Despite all his ups and downs at Juve, hung in there, stuck it out and eventually gets a coach THAT FINALLY believes in him and knows how to get the best out of him.

    • All his managers at Juve have loved him, just management loved him as a sellable asset because heโ€™s priced low enough that more teams could afford him. How many teams in the world could afford Vlahovic?
