Weston McKennie signs contact extension with Juventus until June 2030

Weston McKennie has extended his stay with Italian club Juventus.

McKennie agreed to a multi-year contract extension with the Bianconeri until June 2030, the club announced Monday. After already spending six years in Turin, the American midfielder committed his long-term future to the club.

McKennie’s contract was originally set to expire at the end of the current campaign.

Since originally joining on loan in September 2020, McKennie has made 220 appearances for Juventus across all competitions. He’s scored 26 goals and added 24 assists, featuring in numerous positions on the field.

McKennie has won two Coppa Italia trophies during his time in Turin as well as one Italian Super Cup.

Juventus remains in the top-six fight this season and most recently rallied to draw AS Roma 3-3. Up next for McKennie and his teammates is a home date with Pisa on Saturday.
