It’s now or never for many teams on fringe of qualifying for the knockout stage of the UEFA Champions League.
In Tuesday’s headline match, VfL Wolfsburg hosts Manchester United at Volkswagen Arena. The German club sits one point above its Matchday 6 foe, and has won three of its last four games in all competitions. Man United won’t have Wayne Rooney to help it secure advancement into the round of 16, and if it were to lose, PSV Eindhoven could take the Red Devils’ spot in Group B with a win against CSKA Moscow.
Manchester City-Borussia Mönchengladbach is another intriguing matchups on Tuesday, and although the English side has already qualified for the next stage of the competition, Fabian Johnson and Borussia M’gladbach are unbeaten in their previous 12 contests across all competitions.
Meanwhile, the U.S. Under-20 Women’s National Team kicks off against Haiti’s U-20 side in the CONCACAF U-20 Women’s Championship.

Fabian off with an apparent injury. Hopefully, not serious.
He may have also assisted on both goals. Not sure if they officially gave him the first but he was very deserving of it after a great run with the ball. Second assist was just a deflection off of him that fell to a teammate.
He was involved in the buildup on the second one too, even before the assist. Outstanding performance from him today.
Julian Green to dress for Bayern tomorrow
Yes in a game Bayern’s President has described as “obviously meaningless”. Man that kid was really overhyped.
You really enjoy being an a-hole. Yes…I know, you are entitled to your opinion, but so am I.
